Common Questions

What People Often Ask

What does a pension document assessment actually involve? +
We go through your pension documents carefully — fund statements, employer agreements, or any official correspondence — and identify what appears in order and what may warrant closer attention. We then prepare a plain-language written summary for you, covering our findings and the options available.
How long does a typical matter take? +
A document assessment is usually completed within five to seven working days of receiving your paperwork. Dispute representation timelines depend on the nature of the matter and the parties involved — we set these out clearly at the outset and keep you updated throughout.
Is the initial enquiry confidential? +
Yes. Any information you share with us is treated with full professional confidence. We do not share client details with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
What are the fees and how are they structured? +
Our fees are fixed per service: ฿4,400 for a document assessment, ฿10,000 for dispute representation, and ฿17,200 for long-term stewardship. We confirm all fees in writing before any work begins, so there are no unexpected costs.
Can you help if my pension issue involves a foreign fund? +
We primarily work within the Thai legal framework. If your matter involves a cross-border element, we will assess whether we can assist directly or whether referral to a specialist partner would serve you better — and we will be straightforward about that at the initial stage.
I am not sure if I even have a problem — should I still get in touch? +
Absolutely. Many people contact us with a general feeling that something is unclear or that they want a second opinion. A document assessment is a helpful starting point and often provides either reassurance that things are in order, or identifies something worth addressing early.
